Multichars? [Solved]

I know a lot of people have multiple chars they use on here... and before I came on this site, I had this little idea for a character. Well, ever since I've starting RPing with my character, Melody, the other character I have has been bugging at me. e.o It's like an idea I can't get rid of. Anyway, am I allowed to make another character even if I'm newer? I wanted to make a sheet for him and have him accepted before the school year started again. I wanted to make him maybe a 3rd year. Anywho, if it's a no, that's okay too. ^_^ Also, if I am able to make another char... how do I go about that process other then the sheet and EFB? .-.

Yes you can.  Just go ahead and create a new account and take the time to write up his sheet, and it is not a huge thing if you don't get him done before the year starts.  There is no time restrictions as to when a character needs to be sorted by!
