[solved] Flying Carpets

Howdy,

Just working on my WIP who has family from India and wondering if I need to apply/pay for her to own a Flying Carpet, as they aren't on the Magical Item Registry but I assume they wouldn't be something just anyone can have?  Just wanted to check if I need to and how much it would cost.

On the same topic, would it be alright for her Indian family (who still live in India) to work in making these carpets? I am aware they are banned by the British Ministry, but according to canon-plus they are still legal in countries such as India, Pakistan, etc..
