[solved] Minsitry of Magic question

I just have a quick question about the Ministry of Magic. I have a character who is going to be a sort of magical urban planner. Basically his job involves working with business owners/other magical establishments ensuring their discretion from muggles. I would assume that would fall somewhere within the Ministry of Magic but can't really figure out which department. My best guess would be either in Magical Law Enforcement or within the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes as part of some port of Prevention Office, I just wanted to get a second opinion.

I'd say Magical Law enforcement as well - probably somewhat affiliated to the misuse of muggle artifacts department becausae I imagine they would often give each other tip-offs regarding lack of wizarding discretion and the like.
