Obviously I'm not contemplating a new char. Of course this is a totally rhetorical question...BUT *if* this char who doesn't exist were to be of Icelandic descent, it's just occurred to me that writing an EFB is going to be tricky. Not so much the writing but the title, due to icelandic naming conventions. The only way I can see forward is if the family was *so* traditional the firstborn son in each generation was named after the father, thus keeping the surname the same for each generation.

Do we think this makes sense? Otherwise the surname will change with each generation and...well, the char who I'm definitely NOT creating won't actually carry the surname at all, so it'd be horribly confusing!

Can't write much, but we have a couple of Icelandic EFBs. Might be worth it to take a look at what Helena did for the names.
