[Solved] Names disappeared
« on: January 02, 2016, 02:55:54 PM »
Hello admins,

I saw that the real names have disappeared from the profiles (and from the short profile thingy that's visible to the left of posts). Can you bring them back?

Oh yes - I noticed one was missing earlier and assumed someone had deleted it…

(meaning: Carys has no clue what has happened ;))

yeah, when I first noticed it I assumed that person just hadn't put the name up but I now realised that they've all gone missing.

I know Dafni has been working on edits to the themes, so it could have something to do with that.

Toya is correct. I have been doing some edits to themes. The real name field should be returning soon.

The name field is back, however everyone will have to re-input their name.

well it would only break new claims, not existing points, I believe.

It's not broken it. You can use the same formatting or pick a different one. The fpp is associated with your parent account, not your name. If you'd like you can click on "register for the fpp" under the fpp menu tab to change the name tied to your parent account if you absolutely want to make sure you're in there properly.
