I'm planning on creating a Koldovstoretz student and have a question regarding his background.
I'd like him to be a halfblood with a halfblood and a muggle parent. The magical parent is supposed to me middle-class, but I'd like the muggle parent to be influential in the muggle world - but not at all in the magical world.
Now I'm wondering if I can even make a muggle EFB - and if I do, I'd have to write an application as well, but would it be for an influential line or only a rich line, as there is no influence in the magical world?
