Circe was more anxious than usual as she walked with Sid to Hogsmeade. They were supposed to be meeting with Sid's now former guardian, she supposed, at the Three Broomsticks. Truth be told, she'd always had a crush on Tock. Everyone knew it except for him, it seemed, or if he did know then he was nice enough not to be rude about the fact that she was far too young for him and that she absolutely didn't have a slightest chance of ever being his girlfriend. Regardless, she'd had Alis do her
hair for the occasion. She wrapped a black, faux fur lined cloak more tightly around her against the November wind and gave Sid a small smile as they approached the Three Broomsticks. He, ever masculine, was determined to pretend as if he didn't feel the cold through his thin black hoodie. She'd told him a hundred times to get something warmer.
Whatever.She supposed that she, herself, really could have dressed a little more warmly. However, her silly notions about Tock had led her to make some different fashion choices. She wore a grey cardigan over a black button-up shirt paired with a green, black, and grey flannel skirt. Over her legs, she had at least thought to wear a pair of black thigh-high stockings. A smart pair of ankle boots covered her feet. Sid had told her that she looked nice, before they left, but she couldn't tell if he was being genuine or poking fun at her. Either way, it was much warmer inside the Three Broomsticks.
Sid had held the door open for her, and she quietly thanked him before quickly stepping inside and waiting for him to join her-- which he had after he had let in an older lady and been complimented on what a "sweet young man" he was. The pair looked around and it wasn't long before they'd spotted their friend seated off to himself. She followed behind Sid, watching as he slid into a seat across from Tock before she took the seat next to Sid.
"Hey, it's good to see you." She smiled brightly at the older boy. "How have you been?"
