Digging up old threads

So, obviously there is regular cleaning and pruning of old threads on MH. Is there any way I can go about finding some of the older, purged threads or would I need help with that?

It's no problem at all; I was just curious as to where thread-heaven (or hell) is. The threads I'm thinking of are just one-on-one threads with that were sort of random and older. It's not dire or anything.
