Regarding advancing to the next year

So I was a very naughty girl and skived off classes all this year (shameful, I know) but I would rather not like Camilla to be a fifth year forever. In devising a plan of action going forward, I wonder about the following:

1. Are posts (at this point, probably FPP-earned posts and/or study-hall posts [see below]) applicable after the term has ended towards the current term? For instance, if you don't have enough posts to move up a year at the end of July, can you earn enough by September 1 to advance, or is the deadline the end of term?

2. Is the Study Hall an appropriate place to post O.W.L. exam studying? I've been considering posting there to give Camilla's obsession over O.W.L.s some authenticity but the fact that it appears seldom-used makes me concerned that this might be seen as exploitation.

3. If I don't get enough posts for Camilla by whichever deadline above (question 1), does my post count revert to the number it was at the beginning of term?

2. Honestly, you can post OWL stuff anywhere, but if you'd like to post it in the Study Hall feel free.

3. Nope! You keep the posts you have.

We usually do something for the end of term and/or summer that also helps your post count, so I think you'll be able to get Camilla to the next year without any problems. ^_^
