[solved] Exams in 92/93 (CoS) Schoolyear

At the end of the schoolyear in Chamber of Secrets Dumbledore cancelled all the exams as a school treat and in celebration of the successful recovery of the petrified students and whatnot.  Stupid question probably, but this presumably didn't include OWL or NEWT exams, did it? Else when woudl have the students that were due to graduate that year taken their qualifications?

I'd assume that OWLs and NEWTs still happened.

I agree with Vannah. I believe any regular class exams were canceled, but OWLs and NEWTs were taken before that time so it would've still happened.

Yeah, I think that was JK being a berk and not thinking things through properly xD I'd say Juliet's right on this one.

That's cool, thanks.  Yeah, I would assume they still went ahead at Hogwarts as scheduled, but good to know the MH canon on this too.  I shall just skate over the issue in the sheet I'm updating :) Julie, you have an impressive memory!
