Ministry Questions

So, I know that the Ministry of Magic has a Head for each department (is it possible for a played character to be be the Head of whatever department he/she works in? It could be an interesting option for Marcus' future) but I would also assume that there were people in charce of individual offices. Is this a thing?

Yes, played characters can be heads of departments assuming their sheets fit the bill... and as for heads of individual offices - yes, unless it's something really small and insignificant like the department for kneazle registration or department for regulation of self-flushing toilets (I *might* possibly have made that one up...), I think a head of office would be entirely reasonable, even if the person was only in charge of two or three other people.
