So, seeing as the character I'm working on right now (@Ravi Reynolds) is a Muggle and had no connections whatsoever to the wizarding world before he got his invitation to Hogwarts, I'm wondering about money... as in, how would he and his mother have paid for the stuff he needs for school? Since I assume they won't accept Muggle money at Diagon Alley and elsewhere in the wizarding world?
Would they just have exchanged money at Gringotts and then gone on their merry way?
