Timothy walked down the cobblestone walk into the already festive village. Students were out and about, laughing and enjoying themselves. It was a refreshing sight after all of the misery and woe that dominated the faces of these students last year. Overall, the change was drastic but completely welcome. Timothy had been locked in the castle through the whole school year up to this point, however today he allowed himself out. After all, he couldn't spend his whole life pouring over charts and a blackboard. It was approaching the last days of manageable weather, so why not take advantage of the time?
Timothy was, as usual, dressed very nicely. On his feet, he had his trademark pair of dress shoes that shined brilliantly in the October light. They had been carefully shined last evening before bed as they always were. Timothy's trousers were similarly black, with a single white stripe going down the side. His white dress shirt was buttoned to the top and tucked into his trousers. They were held in place with black leather suspenders, topped off with a black and white blazer. Timothy always dressed for success (as mother wold say) as he never knew what was laying ahead in his travels.
Enticed by the wafting smells that danced through the air, Timothy came to the realization of just how hungry he was. He looked around and settled on a quaint little business sitting almost unnoticed in the corner. There was a neat sign sitting out front that read "Special Chef". That sounded stunning to Timothy, so he walked over and entered. The building was almost empty save for some straggling customers. It appeared that the place had not been open long, as they were still laying out silverware and mugs. The waiting witch explained that business would soon pick up. Timothy sat at one of the tables and looked around through a window to the kitchen, wishing to capture a glimpse of the special chef.
