It's that time of year! Elections for Student Senate, Student Vice Presidents, and Student President for the 2002-2003 school year will take place at the end of June playtime. Campaigning takes place in May and June; signs, posters, and side deals are commonplace. For more information, consult the
Ilvermorny Guide.
The
Senate is made up of twenty-four students, one from each house and year. They help share students' ideas, concerns, and interests with school faculty and help plan school-wide activities, such as social events, organize community projects in and around Shackamaxon, and help tutor the younger students.
Two
Vice Presidents will be elected, one incoming fifth year and one incoming sixth year. The Veeps assist the President and act as ambassadors of the students to the President and faculty. They are often in charge of planning social events and community projects.
Candidates for
President must be incoming seventh years. One will be elected to lead the Student Senate and act as the formal ambassador of the students to the faculty. Rumor has it that Student President Elects are guaranteed Internships at MACUSA.
All candidates must be dedicated to leadership, advocacy, communication, and above all, school spirit. Note: Elections are in-character only. To submit your character as a candidate, please respond below with the following form:
