[Announcement] Character Archiving
« on: October 17, 2018, 08:56:33 PM »
Hello! This is just a notice that the admin team is archiving any character account that hasn't made an IC post in a year (October 17, 2017 is the cut off date). If your account is archived, we advise that if you decide to unarchive the account, you make an IC within the next month otherwise the account will be archived again during our November activity check. You may want to update your character's profile as well.

Additionally, if your archived character is a professor, you have until the end of summer playtime (roughly the middle of January 2019) to make an IC post, or your character will lose their professor position and any extras they have (Deputy Headmaster, Head of House). This also applies for sorted characters that have Department Head or Head Healer positions with the Ministry of Magic and St. Mungo's.

If you have any questions, please ask them within this topic, post it in the Questions & Answers forum, or send a PM to @Daphne .

Thanks!

~ MH Admin team

One last thing to note - if you're only using your character accounts to spam the Shippers board, you may want to consider registering yourself an OOC account.

Just a note: posting your archived accounts in an IC area will not automatically unarchive them. You'll still need to post in the archive/unarchive my account! topic. If your character should've been archived but wasn't, that was due to a glitch in the modification that didn't catch all inactive accounts where, in turn, I had to manually go through accounts to look for IC posts. There could be a chance that I missed your inactive account.
