You make it up yourself. However, if you're unsure what to pick, you can ask our resident wandmaker character, Daphne Woodman (aka my fellow admin Inga) for assistance!

Hi Reese!

There are a number of ways you can choose a wand for your character -- random components, taking the pottermore wand quiz, taking another random quiz -- whatever you like. There are 3 main wand cores at Ollivanders -- unicorn hair, dragon heartstring and phoenix feather. This isn't to say that the wand couldn't be something else from elsewhere, but these are the main ones he uses.
