Even in the glaring sun and burning heat, he still played the best could putting his skills to the test. Sweat rested on his brow. He was grateful for the gloves he wore. Inside of them, he could feel his palms begin to sweat. Without the extra textured grip from the gloves, he would surely be struggling to stay atop his broom during this match.
The whack of a bludger pulled him out of his daydream lull and snapped him back into the game. His head whipped around to watch as the iron-cast ball made it's way to the opposing team. With much of the attention on the flying bludger, he used his chance to drawer nearer to two opposing chasers undetected.
Once in their view, he bobbed and weaved to and fro between the opposing players, distracting them with just enough time to make them slow down. He watched carefully as one of the chasers tossed the ball to their teammate. He zipped effortlessly to intercept, catch the quaffle, and throw it to a chaser of his own team. If they caught it from here, there was only a few more yards they'd have to go before they could score!
