Merchandise: The Black Kings Fine Iron Works sells a wide variety of items. They specialize in custom crafted items made of metals and wood. There are a handful of skilled craftsmen employed by the shop that are always willing to make something specifically to the customers taste. They also make things of their own design to be sold on the sales floor.  Etain is well known in the wizarding community for her dominion over Weapon making. Some of the finest blades are forged at Black Kings by her skilled hands. The shop also sells antiquities of a wide range. Liam is in charge of 'acquisitions' and is constantly trotting the globe in search of some ancient chest filled with delicate sculptures. In addition to custom works and antiques the shop is also known for Nessa's work with enchanting items. These can be as simple as lanterns that turn on when a wizard enters the room to as complex as a self sustaining Wardian house.

Some of the things you might find inside the Black Kings include, but are not limited to: All manner of sharp objects, Custom Jewelry, Wrought Iron gates, Armoires, Furniture (made of leather, metal, and wood), Enchanted Mirrors, Chandeliers, Items with Protective Wards upon them, and Sculptures. These items can be completely custom and brand new or centuries old and the stock of the sales floor changes rapidly as things are sold and new deliveries come in. (ooc: you are welcome to be creative, within reason, with what your character might be purchasing from the Black Kings)
Description: Floor plan maps: Level 1 & Level 2
From the outside The Black Kings looks like an old building, with its faded black molding and burnt orange brickwork. The building is two stories with multiple windows on the sides facing the streets. In the back there are large windows above the forge to let in as much natural light and fresh air as possible. The first thing most customers notice as they are walking up to the store is the large dragon statue on the roof facing road. This statue has been there since the forge was opened many years ago. If you ask a Regan how exactly they got the statue onto the roof they will rarely give you a straight answer. The front entrance of the store is quite traditional for the locale.

When you enter the building to your immediate right is the main sales floor. The inside of the building is far different from what its exterior foreshadows. The walls are a crisp white, the floors a polished warm wood. The interior of the building has been remodeled many times since the doors first opened. There are always new types of merchandise on display from a wide variety of materials. Straight across from the entrance is the custom sales counter with a small store room behind it. Next to that is a small wine bar for customers to get a drink while they ponder spending their money. Next to the wine bar is an iron spiral stair case leading to the second story. This space is used for additional sales floor including a two story chandelier display. To the left of the entrance is a narrow sales floor that leads to the restrooms and the freight elevator. Through a small door in that hallway is a workshop for employees. This work shop contains bookshelves with enchanting information, warding incantations, and much more. Above the work shop is an area that is off limits to customers consisting of various offices and a small apartment with a kitchenette, shower, and bed for the occasional shift that lasts all night.

Between the wine bar and the sales counter is the entry way to the heart of the Black Kings. The forge. Straight through the doorway is a viewing area for customers to be able to watch the blacksmiths in their element. The forge is vast and by far the most impressive part of the shop. On one side is a massive fire that has been burning since the first days of the Black Kings. There are multiple anvils and workbenches scattered across the dirt floor. There are large exposed beams above the area that show the age of the forge. Through a set of two story barn doors on the wall opposite the forge is a gated area that holds all of the materials that the employees might need for their work. Customers are welcome to walk this area if they are looking for a certain kind of metal for their custom requests. The fence in this area also showcases one of the iconic metal gates that were made right in the Black Kings. The "Octopus Gate".

Beyond the Octopus gate is the final sales area of the shop. Through the gate is a garden of sorts with various Metal and Wire worked sculptures and fountains on display. There is also a large wooden patio with more sculptures and a small seating area. This area is accessible from the road if one wants to cross through the "Dragon Gate"
