[Solved] Transparency
« on: February 26, 2011, 08:43:38 AM »
Hello again! I'm thinking of re-doing Mike's sheet, and so I want to make his sheet spine look cool! So basically; Does Photoshop have a transparency mask generator? Or do you guys use something else? Because I want to make my own but I can't get a transparent background...
Cheers!

You have to open a new file with a transparent background, there are options when you make a new file. Then save the image as a PNG to get transparency to work. Hope that makes sense?

No, I know how to make them... What I meant was, what program do you use to make them transparent? My current one only does something like 100 x 100 images.

You can download a free trial of CS5 off Adobe and then use a keygen to find a serial number. *whistles* That's what I did for CS3.

I have a key for it, from my tablet... It might work!

ehem! no pirate talk, unless it's of the swashbuckling kind.

any version of photoshop can make transparent PNG files. If you want to get a free program to use, there's GIMP.
