Am I the only one who's noticed the conspicuous lack of libraries outside of the wizarding schools? This was one of the ideas for my 6th year Belle, Luca. I'd like to have his family own/run a rather sizeable library in Neroli, but considering that libraries tend to have a fairly noticeable impact on their community (lots of intellectual types and any students coming there for summer projects etc) I'd like to get admin approval before I start writing it too heavily into his sheet.
