inactive characters... adoptable?

So the two people I planned Banner with are no longer on the site... do I just keep them in his bio? Or can they become adoptable? Or just pretend they still exist?

Well for sure they still exist if they are siblings and such, they would be npcs.  If you have contact with the person at all it is nice to ask them if you want to adopt them out.  It is possible, but we prefer that the original driver give the ok if possible.

Oh, NPCs, that makes sense. I hadn't thought of that. I don't think Chad or Chris is coming back, they haven't been on in a year. I'll just leave them be then, thanks.
