I've seen a few family trees posted attached to sheets and in the sandbox. I'm interested in making one and was wondering what people use to create these?

I know a lot of people use Photoshop/Paintshop Pro/Paint/Gimp to make theirs. I use a site called family echo to store mine because I like the option to link to existing family trees from other users, and because I'm always afraid of losing one made in a graphics program.
