[solved] occlumency proficiency

I just skimmed the SF guide and it said something about practicing long and hard to master Occlumency and Legilimency both, but I was wondering if there were any like.. "levels" or a ballpark for how long it takes to achieve each.

I'm wondering because I'd like to put Jo's level of proficiency in her next update, so if I could get kinda a reasonable idea, that would be great ^^

We don't have any "levels" on here, and there aren't any in canon, so I think as long as you can justify her amount of training/practise/experience in relation to her proficiency then you may describe it how you like.
