[lazy moon s.e] look at what the cat dragged in [ezra]

It was stupid. How could an entire wizarding shopping district have no protection against the rain? Alicia had just entered Diagon Alley after a short shift at Aces & Six and had planned on shopping for something pretty. She was outside of the Quidditch season and she had money burning her pockets. Maybe she'd go out dancing. ..not that dancing was really on her mind as she sloshed through a rain puddle, heading for the brightest door she could see. Arms wrapped around herself as she shivered, her wet hair falling further into her eyes to obscure her vision. Goddess, was she a miserable soaking wreck.

When she reached the bright yellow doors, her hand slipped on the nob repeatedly before she just pushed it open. She stepped in, pushing her hair out of her face and letting out a sob of relief at the sudden warmth. It was the best feeling she'd felt in all of her very short life. She stood in front of the now closed door, shaking as she tried to warm up. ...but where was she? Big grey eyes looked around as she tried to take in all of the sights. She was in a whole other word it seemed. There was colour, and a very heady warm scent that wafted through the building.

Alicia took a step forward, and it was like all of the colours that filled the store spun around her in a kaleidescope of madness as her arms windmilled, her feet slipping beneath her and she fell against the ground all of the breath escaping from her chest. Dazed eyes focused on the ceiling and she took a deep breath, trying to gather her self. It didn't help that she was in a graceless pile at the door of someone's business clad in now sheer white shirt that clung to her lacy bright purple ball. She wanted to curl into a ball of embarrassment, but her Gryff pride disallowed that.

Sitting up, she looked around again, a bit dizzy, hoping that whoever owned the place had heard the big thump that she'd made upon crashing into the ground, and had a spare blanket. Maybe something warm to drink. She could only hope. She opened her mouth, and instead of words, an awkward croak came out. She cleared her throat, and coughed.

"Hello?...Is anyone there?"
