[Solved] Voting permissions/Main account

I swear I mentioned this in a thread around the anniversary, but I can't, for the life of me, find it. Would it be possible to switch my voting permissions/main account from Cezary to Lorin? I remember I couldn't then because I'd already voted in the polls, so I wanted to ask before I vote for this month.

I'm not sure where to go for this either. Could I have my main account switched from Romilda to Julia please?
