Work was exhausted and did not help that some of her coworkers wanted to go out for drinks afterwards. Mallory Harrison was not a big drinker but she could enjoy a few glasses of wine. They normally never made her super tipsy but being the only woman who worked at the quidditch store many of the men were ordering her stronger drinks. Mallory did not even have a clue what they were ordering her but it was delicious and amazing.... It was getting pretty late though. Their store was being closed early for remodeling. Mallory could go home but Chael was doing something for work out of the country for about a week or two. It was weird. They just moved in together and still barley spent any time together. When he was working usually she was at the store or doing a modeling shoot. He did not know about the modeling, but it gave her extra cash and thankfully her metamorphmagi powers came in handy. When he around he was usually working on something. He never really told her what. They acted more like roommates than a couple. It was really making her unhappy. The boys ordered her one more drink. She denied the alcohol, "I need to get home... its getting late." The men sighed and frowned but she decided to leave. At least she did not have to pay for her drinks.
Now Mallory was feeling pretty tipsy and she really did not want to go home. Ezra should be closing soon. Maybe she would visit him. He was probably the one person that was decent and sweet that she knew other than Julian. They almost had a date, even though it was more of a bet... but she was happy about it. It did end suddenly. They would have to make up for that. Ezra was a sweetheart and made her smile. She decided she would visit him. His store was not that far away and her
heels were making it hard to walk.
As Mallory made it to his store, she entered. The smells that entered her nose were all pleasant. They were just amazing. She loved this store now. At first she was just unaware of anything, but she was trying to acquire knowledge about smoke shops since her last visit. The woman instantly seen her friend and her hair instantly turned to a purple tinge. Walking over to him, she put her hands over his eyes and whispered in his ear. She did not care if he was with a client. "So, you owe me..." She smiled and waited for his reply and to turn around before hugging him. Hopefully he did not care about her being affectionate or touchy. She just felt like touching him. He was always so adorable. It might have been the drinking or just feelings, she was not sure... Oh well, he was going to the person to acquire her affection tonight.
