I am sorry but the last while was hetic and I didn't collect any of my winterfest stuff. Now that I no longer have access I am wondering if I can still collect it by having it sent to me?

Yes, still can collect. You had two baubles and the prizes they contained were 1) increased PM quota and 2) an invisibility cloak (that's why your one bauble appears empty ;) ). Would you like the invisibility clock for Aine?
