[Solved] BoT Dome and the Weather

Okay this is probably the silliest question ever but if nothing can pass through the dome, does that mean that if it's raining outside, the done would keep water from entering and it would just bounce off of it like glass?

Weather can pass through the dome. ^^ Just not spells/living things.
