School Nurse position through the years

Hi all!

Sorry to ask yet another question. I'm working on Madam Pomfrey's sheet now (exciting!), but I have a few questions. I've done her history basically up until Harry's 5th year. I know that there were some medical attention in play during the battle of hogwarts, but Pomfrey wasn't played. Should I just write that year as if she was there all along? The same question goes for the years that follow; both the first year after the battle at hogwarts, and this past year involved medical emergencies in Hogwarts, but I'm sure there were played medical staff tending to that during those plots. So what should I do? Play her as if she was there the whole time complementing the medical staff? And can people who were playing during that time/played medical staff perhaps provide me with a bit more detail about what exactly was in place? So I don't accidentally god-mode :/

I'm not an admin so idk but I would just write as if she was there all along. I'd always kind of put canons above mh canon if that makes sense? Like we didn't have all the hp profs played but if you mention them in your history it's still all good
