It took everything Isaac had not to burst into laughter after he pretended to defend Horus, but at Magnolia's response, Isaac was powerless to stop it. His head tilted back as he laughed, a hand on his side, as he chuckled. "Yeah, I know what you meant," Isaac said between his roaring laughter and finally turned his eyes back to her. They were glossy and crinkled, and the teenager laughed again when she seemed to give up the whole thing and then insulted him instead. She was so easy to upset, but somehow it was still fun.
"Easy now," Isaac teased, putting his hands up in front of him as he mockingly pretended to be afraid of her. "I know what you and Boreus have is truly special," The Slytherin laughed again, nearly forgetting that she was threatening to ask out some lame-ass Ravenclaw to piss him off. Isaac didn't care for the way she thought that would bother him almost as much as the fact that it would indeed bother him. He sucked in a breath, feeling like the laughter had knocked the wind out of him, and shook his head.
