Magical Hogwarts

Do you have a character you no longer play but do not wish to delete? This is where you need to request that your character's account be archived. Simply fill out the form and an admin will review your request. You will not be notified via PM of the outcome of the request, so make sure you have your character's sheet and EFBs saved in a safe location.

Please note that archiving an account will result in your character's model claim being removed for the Model List. This will also result in the reassignment of any special positions your character has to an active character.

Position?: Does this character hold a current position? Professor, Quidditch team member, student positions (e.g. Head Boy) or other?

To unarchive your character account, please post in the Character Changes & Retcons thread with a sheet update to account for any elapsed time or change in Member Group. If no significant playtime has passed (i.e. less than 1 playtime year) AND no major IC life events such as graduation, job change, new children, etc. have occurred since they were archived, fill out the following form ON THE ACCOUNT that you wish to be unarchived and post it as reply to this thread.

Please note that your sheet MUST be transferred to the profile section in order for the character to be unarchived.

User group: What user group does your character belong in? Do not give us the wrong user group. See above information about elapsed time regarding whether or not you need to post in Changes & Retcons instead of here.

Please also note that archived canon characters may not be unarchived here. They must be reapplied for in the Free & Taken Canon Characters thread and re-approved by the admin team.
