The Kitchens: Hidden behind a large still-life painting of a bowl of fruit, the kitchens are full of friendly house-elves eager to accommodate.

The Library: Featuring cramped shelves, thousands of tomes, a persistent smell of mothballs, and a persistent air of high-stress studying, the Library is where many students go to prepare for exams or do homework.

The Owlery: Located at the top of the west tower, this is a draughty room where owls belonging to students or to the school may come and go as they please. The floor is littered with straw and owl pellets.

The Room of Requirement (The Room of Hidden Things): The legendary room to accomodate any purpose. Pace three times in front of it, thinking of what you need, and the door will reveal itself to you. This will only work if you are in dire need of it.

The Trophy Room: Contains records of past Quidditch teams, Prefects, Head Boys and Girls, and any special awards for services to the school.
