(solved)create squib character?

Would I be able to create an adult squib as my first character?

Theoretically, a squib character could be created for this site, I personally thought of doing such an endeavor... however, please keep in mind that squibs would be a challenging character to play for your first, so I would recommend saving it for a later character.

Hi, I'm Carys, one of the admins. Just to confirm what Elise has said; if you have a squib (aside from Argus Filch!) you won't be able to play in any of the Hogwarts settings; they won't know any magic, and are generally shunned by a large percentage of the magical world. As a first character it would be particularly difficult to find threads as you would need to set up a history with existing characters (otherwise how would your squib be able to meet with wizards?). However, as a thought for the future, several existing characters here have squib relatives. It might be worth contacting one of their drivers at a later date if this is something you really want to pursue.

Thanks! You're both probably right. I guess I'll start off with a regular with or wizard, and then maybe play a squib relative or something.
