Might be a weird question?

This might seem like a weird question, but what happens if you see someone with the same model as you, but you have the model on the model list? I was just thinking about because I am thinking of Avril Lavigne as my model for a new character I'm making and I swear I saw someone with her as their model, but it's not on the model list.

Again, sorry if this might be a weird question!!

According to the Official Model List rules, once a model has been claimed on the list no one else is allowed to use them. However, there are people that use the same model and have used to same model, so it's not too big of a deal. If they're not claimed on the list then you're free to use them. If you find a character that's using a model you want to use, but they haven't claimed the model for their character, you can always shoot them a PM just to see if it's okay if y'all share.
