& Professor Character Sheets

Going along with our current theme of "spring cleaning," the admin team would like to present a few changes to the way Professor characters are handled on MH. Firstly, Professor characters will now have the opportunity to use a shortened application. You'll be able to find the new application spine in the Sort Me! topics for each school. If you would like to stick with the traditional application, you're more than welcome to, and any current and future Professors will have both options available to them from here on out.

Secondly, we are introducing a Stock Professor account. If you're interested in making a professor and aren't quite sure what subject will fit them, or are unsure about running lessons, you can use our Stock Professor account to NPC them. Additionally, if you'd like to help run a lesson but don't want to worry about figuring out how your current adult character wound up subbing at Hogwarts/Beauxbatons/Durmstrang, you can use this account to play your NPC. *Please note that if you'd like your NPC to become a full blown character and teach a particular subject, you must still submit your RP sample to the Positions thread.

We hope that these changes will help with future Professor character creation.

P.S. We've freed up a lot of subjects, so if you're interested in applying for one for the new school terms, please submit your sample here. You may get a Head of House spot out of it. ;)
