Bonnie danced beneath Greer’s feet as the girl frantically darted from one room to the next, desperately searching for her denim jacket, the perfect finishing touch to her creamy-lace dress. Today was going to be an interesting day, to say the least, and Greer could feel the anticipation growing within the pit of her stomach. Mind you, being late to meet her brothers probably wasn’t helping the situation at all…

The Lusk children weren’t necessarily what most would consider to be a close-nit group. They bonded while growing up, sure, but there was a strong sense of favoritism among them all. This was, perhaps, the most unnerving thing about the lunch date that Alasdair proposed for them all.
Dair and Evan had never really seen eye to eye, not in the same way that Greer and Dair (or even Greer and Evan) did. So what was so important that Dair felt it was necessary to gather them all together? Shaking her head and biting the corner of her lip, Greer stopped walking and lifted the cushion of the Lusk’s large leather sofa. Sure enough, directly beneath the upholstery sat her coat. Of course it would be there, as opposed to hanging in her closet, where it was supposed to be…
Rolling her bright green eyes at her own absent-mindedness, the girl jogged back upstairs to her bedroom, if only to give herself a once over one last time before leaving for London.

It was a very trendy restaurant for the wizarding community, the name of which eluded Greer, however she knew of its location. The fact that Dair had selected this as the place to meet was of no consequence to his sister, having known what kind of image he constantly wished to portray to their fellow ‘pure blooded’ community.

As she stepped in front of the darkly tinted windows, Greer stopped for only a moment to correct her vibrant red lipstick before smiling brightly and entering the restaurant. It took a second for the girl’s eyes to adjust to the sudden dark lighting of the room, however as soon as she squinted past the sudden change of scenery, the blonde 21 year old was relieved to find that (despite being late) she was the first Lusk to arrive.
Sitting in a nearby booth, she ordered a fire whiskey and did her best to wait patiently.

(Sorry if this is crap, it’s the first time I’ve posted in… over a year…)
