Dumbledore's Army and the Order

Hiii, all!

So I'm in the process of re-writing Emma's sheet cause my writing from like 5+ years ago is making me cringe >>, and I really would have liked her to be part of DA and quite possibly the Order as well. She's the same age as the trio, but was a Slytherin (though a very "atypical" one... she was originally designed as more of a Ravenclaw-type). I don't think there were any Slytherins in DA per canon... wasn't sure if I could just write that into her history or if it would have to be approved in some way. Same goes for the Order. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be very active during DH playtime so I missed a lot of opportunities for her to get involved with DA. :/

I'm pretty sure we had at least one Slytherin in the DA during DH playtime, so while she would have had to work a bit harder at "proving herself" before she'd have been trusted by your average Gryffindor, I see no issue with you having her as a member of the DA. As for the Order... as she would still have been in school when Voldemort was defeated, and the Order had basically existed to fight Voldie, it really existed in name only after that time, so there wouldn't have been a lot of reason for people to join it - though of course she would have been welcome to join in with the rebuilding of the school and that sort of thing.

Yeah as for the Order, I was just curious because I was poking around the shipper board and found the Order's, and a bunch of the listed members were her age or close to it (Sarah Hirst, Regan Baisley, etc.).  Sooo I wasn't sure if being in the DA kinda translated to being in the Order at some point or what.
