A light breeze tumbled over the small, Muggle town of Soorts-Hossegor, France. Reine sat on her porch, looking out over the beach, the bright blue water dancing all over as if it had rehearsed it. The blonde made a mental note to choreograph the girls' next group piece with this in mind. It was beautiful. There were specks of humans littered along the waves, surfboards in hand. Reine wondered if Bodhi was among them, she hadn't seen him yet that day, and it was getting later into the evening. Reine had plans with an old friend, to go out and have some fun that night. Of course, that old friend had been sleeping on her couch for a little over a week now. Not that Reine minded at all, she'd do anything for the people who showed her kindness.
Eva hadn't only been a good friend though. Reine would admit though, that she was nervous when Eva wrote her asking if she could stay. The two had a history, and the last time she had seen the other woman, things had gotten much more personal than she'd intended. Not that it was Reine's first experience, but it was certainly one of the more memorable ones. However, upon Eva's arrival, Reine's small nagging anxiety had quickly faded away. Things were much more casual and there was no tension. Reine hated pressured situations. She hated feeling expected to act a certain way because she knew if she didn't comply it would make things worse.
Feeling it was nearly time, Reine set her half empty bottle on the glass table on the porch and entered the house, ran up the creaky stairs, and into her room. Her room was generally a disaster, the only things that were ever in any order were her dance things, hung up as not to get wrinkles. She threw on a top that hung around her very skinny, flatchested frame, and headed to the bathroom where she ran her hands through her small amount of hair, pushing it up and over. She peeked her head out of her bathroom and yelled "Eva!! Are you almost ready to go?" The blonde applied a bit of makeup, threw on some heeled boots, and started into the hallway, throwing her old clothes onto her messy platform bed.
Reine was very excited to go out with Eva; she went out frequently, but this time she was with a worthy drinking opponent. Eva was just as wild as Reine was, and though she knew it was probably not the smartest pairing, it was always an adventure. And Reine absolutely lived for adventure.
