Just because it was spring didn't mean it wasn't still a bit chilly. The sky was overcast so the sun shined through pockets, but not near enough to warm the streets. A cool breeze blew through the small town of Hogsmeade lazily as Jeremy tried to keep his wild hair in check. It was a Hogsmeade weekend so that meant Danny and him were off school grounds as soon as they opened the gate. Anything to get away from the books, and the stuffy classrooms, and the assignments that were technically do yesterday. He was dressed warmly but not overly so, being as active as he was Jeremy usually got warm even in the winter. He was constantly jumping around and moving way too much. He had been banned from a few shops because he always broke things so he'd wait outside or go to another shop while Danny was inside. After a day of shopping Jere was both a bit tired and hungry. They had gone to all their regular haunts and now it was time to grab a bite at one of the little cafes. Jeremy sat outside with a few friends, because it was finally nice enough to, and ordered stew with extra bread. He was starving. The bread came first, which he was okay with and as he took a huge chunk out of the first piece he looked around the area. There were a lot of students shopping this weekend and plenty of adults roaming around as well. A new model of flying broom had just come out and that always attracted a bit more of a crowd.

As he chewed, mouth open and all, he looked toward the group of people near the broom shop. They crowded around the display window oohing and awing but it wasn't until a wizard shifted his weight that Jeremy realized it wasn't the broom they were gathering around. "No..." he said, mouth still full of food. "No way..." He was awestruck, eyes wide, and with the hand that wasn't holding a half eaten roll he started slowly nudging Danny. "Is that who I think it is?" He asked, nudging him a few more times to look in the correct direction. "Danny look! Steenie the Stampede Allen! In Hogsmeade, oh man~" He stopped eating, threw down his roll, swallowed the food in his mouth, and jumped over the patio fence that bordered the little eating area and the street. "STEENIE!" He yelled, arms waving around like a mad fool as he pushed through the small crowd. He made sure not to push any little kids because Jeremy was excitable but he wasn't a bully, and he'd feel really bad if he knocked over some ickle. "Dude you are the best! The way you crushed the chaser from the Cannons, it was bloody brilliant!" He exclaimed, easily the loudest person around and not caring one bit.

"Let us win, but if we cannot win, let us break a few heads." He recited the motto of the Falmouth Falcons with his hand over his chest, like he was pledging some kind of anthem and then laughed loudly. "You probably don't remember me but we played together one season before you graduated. I played Keeper for Gryffindor." He stood up proudly and left out the fact that he no longer played for the house team. It didn't make him any less of a super fan so it really wasn't important. "Can I get your autograph?" He asked quickly, eyes wide with anticipation and excitement. This was the best day ever! He reached into his pockets, did he have a marker or something? He didn't normally carry those types of things so it wasn't unusual that he didn't have one. Worry crossed his features as he looked around the crowd that he had eagerly pushed aside only moments ago. "Anybody got a marker?!" It was really important. If he walked away from this without getting an autograph he would die. Just die. This was Steenie freakin' Allen after all!

got permission from Rinn to say that Danny was there.
