So I'm having Josèphine here spending what little money she had saved and going into a lit of debt to buy a super old and semi delapapated house in Chatoeil, where an old cranky wizard used to live.
I was wondering if said house could have a house elf living inside? If that's okay I need to know what is needed to get House elf OCC? Like is there a place to request that kind of thing, etc. Then would the house elf be npc or would I need to find a player to play her. I have been looking around and I can't figure this out all by my lonesome, anyone want to help?
