Summer was Sebastian’s favourite time of the year, although his skin didn’t much appreciate the scorching sun and he almost had to use a bottle of sunscreen just leaving the house; since he was 17 now though he had learned some spells to ward off sunburns so he didn’t have to bother with the sticky substance on his skin. Summer break was usually very boring, but this year was different, he had convinced his dad to get him some work as a model for the magazine he worked for, and Sebastian LOVED it. He had only done one assignment thus far; all the make-up, clothes and attention was like being in heaven for him. He kept thinking about how it would be if he got into modelling in the wizarding community, when he had so much fun doing it like the muggles did! Sebastian had no doubt in his mind what he was going to do after graduating Hogwarts!
It was afternoon and he had just walked into Diagon Alley after a morning shoot in Regent’s Park, and he was still wearing the clothes he had worn on the shoot. His shirt was made from linen; thin and white almost see through. The fabric down his arms was rolled upwards to his elbows and the front of the shirt was tucked into his light denim jeans; creating an effect called a French tuck. He had three buttons upon at the top; showing a little of his fair flawless skin and his silver cross necklace that he always wore. His jeans were ripped along the pant leg strategically; giving him a rather delightful breeze going through the inside of his jeans. He wore light brown leather sneakers that looked and were completely new and they had removed all his usual bracelets; he felt almost naked without them on. His hair was styled too look like the wind had caught it and dragged it backwards, although there was so much product it didn’t actually have to be any wind for it to look that way. Also he had some make-up on; concealer under his eyes, some dark mascara to make his long lashes bend more and his brown hazel eyes stand out.
So, Diagon Alley, what was he doing there? Sebastian needed to sit down and have a cold drink; although modelling was fun he had just spent a couple of hours outside on a cloud free morning, the sun just getting hotter and hotter on his skin. He was actually sweating a little and he rarely ever perspired! It was a point of pride that he didn’t, so he was actually rather embarrassed about the fact and very self-conscious. He made his way down the streets, dodging other wizards and witches out for some afternoon shopping. Maybe he should get something to eat too? Hmm… He figured he would see if something tempted him once he got to the café. Hopefully there would be a table available, it was a gamble on a nice day like this.
