"Righto, bye Agnes," Danny called as he headed out the door, slinging an arm around Jeremy's neck and half pulling him and pushing him through the door, purposely trying to lean more of his weight on him because he could see his friend was way more drunk than him and Tricky. I guess that's what four shots in a row did to ya, but he immediately agreed as Freya demanded cocktails. "Cocccckkkkkktailllssss!" Danny sang out in the street, throwing his arm wide and wiggling his fingers as if he was finishing the last note of the greatest stage show ever.

"Yes, cocktails, it is! Oh! Let's go to Frida's! I want nachos!" he said, one sentence tripping over the next, his words slurring a bit as he grabbed on to Jere and pulled him in the right direction and they started down the sidewalk. He let go of his roommate as he saw Freya dancing with a little twirl, the sunset catching her golden curls, and he ducked under her arms, wrapping his arms around her waist and making her spin with him for a few turns, laughing with bright eyes.

"Can we? Frida's? Nachoosssss," he said as he stopped spinning and had to hold his forehead. "Woah, bad idea."

Freya squeal-laughed as she was suddenly swept up and spinning around with Danny’s arms around her. When he stopped spinning them, Freya took a couple of unsteady steps backward, reaching for something to hold onto. Her hand found Jeremy’s shoulder. “Thanks Jer,” she said, patting his shoulder. Not that he’d done anything especially helpful. She blinked a few times, catching herself, before setting off on her own and without the steadying structure of Jeremy’s arm.

“I want like, a French Martini,” Freya said happily as they started to walk. She smiled to herself, skipping every few steps. “Or an Apple… Appletini? An apple martini, right?” The blonde gave a sunny grin to a group of people they passed. She was pretty sure they were the ones who’d looked over when Danny was being loud. “Espresso martini?” she asked no one in particular, before nodding once to herself. Sounded right.

He watched her skip before them, pushing a hand through his hair, mussing it as he smiled to himself. He loved this feeling. It was like the world was theirs. They could do anything they wanted, be anything they wanted. It was very freeing. Being with two of his best friends made it all the more sweeter.

"Appletini? Sure, whatever you want, Tricky," Danny agreed easily. He didn't really have a favorite cocktail. He usually ordered whatever was the most ridiculous sounding drink on the menu. He really liked order a couple of Sex on the Beaches, but he had also had a Unicorn Kiss cocktail and a Sprinkletini once. He wasn't shy or picky and he didn't particularly care if they were girly drinks. Put a Fuzzy Nipple in front of him and he'd drink it.

"Maybe Andromeda's then?" he suggested, knowing the cozy, laidback bar with constellations on the ceiling and an astrology themed menu had plenty of tinis to choose from. "They don't have nachos, but I'll give this one to you," he conceded graciously with a grin with a little bow and a flourish of his hand.

Freya listed martinis on her fingers, happily bouncing ahead of the boys as she dodged between muggles about their age, all out for food and drinks. “Chocolate orange, like that one we found…” It would be dark soon, but it was nice to be outside for the last rays of sunlight. She stopped walking suddenly, thinking about the chance that someone might have come to trivia late, only to find an empty table. Stopped as she was though, the boys caught up to her quickly, and the thought disappeared out of her head.

No nachos, that was true. Andromeda’s did a lot of deep fried stuff passed off as fancy though, like cauliflower popcorn and broccolini. Actually, she thought suddenly, they did some killer onion rings. “Onion rings though,” she said hopefully, then, catching a look from Jeremy, “Onion rings though,” this time with more whine in her tone, a playful pout appearing as she made her appeal.

Danny found himself slinging his arm around Jeremy's shoulder again, matching his steps with his friend, as he shook his shoulder playfully and steering him this way and that as they dodged and weaved around all the other twenty somethings after the same thing they were. Drinks, food, and a fun time. He gave a questioning glance to Frey as she stopped ahead of them, but then she was off about food and he just shrugged the little question away.

"Onionnnn ringggssss," he said, drawing out the words as if he were harmonizing with her, glancing at Jeremy trying to get his vote of confidence too. "That good with you, Eddy? I think they have your fave Slippery Nipple drink too," he added with a waggle of his brows and a grin to match.

He honestly barely remembered leaving the bar. He remembered being there, he remembered an astonishing amount of shots... or a few... or a lot.. they were all blurring together now. But he didn't remember how they got here, swirling and laughing in the middle of a street in London. Jeremy blinked at the other two as they moved entirely too fast for his brain to keep up and then felt Freya's hand on his shoulder. He leaned into it, letting her hold him up just as much as he was steadying her, and that helped for a moment. Until the support was gone and he was left feeling all types of topsy turvy. "Woahhh." He said, holding his arms up at his side like stabilizers on a ship, he walked forward, but it was in no way a straight line. He made it to the curb, following them as they asked him about going to get something.

"But nachos."

He said softly, blinking at them some more as his vision got all bendy. He tilted his head as it did, trying to focus on them. She said onion rings and his stomach rumbled. Honestly anything deep fried or greasy at this moment would do him a world of good and he was far to drunk to put up a real fight. Still, he wouldn't abandon his first true love this easily. "But... nachos." He said again, giving them a sad pouty look.

Of course, even though he was trying to fight it, he hadn't realized they were already more than half way down the street in the direction of the onion rings. Which happened to be the exact opposite direction of the nachos. "I want a Hot Butter Dragon Punch." He slurred at them. "And nachos." As they got closer and closer to Andromeda's. Jeremy was far more preoccupied with trying to walk upright to notice anything except for the ringing in his ears, how weird his stomach felt, and the curb growing ever closer. He'd make it, if only for the sake of the Nachos he still thought he was going to get.

“There we go,” Freya said brightly, a grin appearing as Jeremy asked for a drink. She apologised as she bumped into a guy walking way too quickly in the opposite direction. Freya selectively ignored the part about nachos; he clearly didn’t care enough to actually argue… that, or he was too drunk to care. She shrugged to herself; the bar was just up the road.

Freya gave Jeremy a suspicious side-long glance, then gave the same look to Danny, but this time sharing instead of judging. “He’s ‘right, isn’t he?” she asked, not bothering to keep her voice down or anything. “Like, we’ll make it in, won’t we?” Perhaps the answer was apparent in the fact that she was addressing her question to Danny rather than Jeremy himself, but Freya remained hopeful.

The trio were approaching the entrance to Andromeda’s in no time. “Mouths shut and shoulders back, boys,” she ordered quietly, mostly aimed at her redheaded friend. She shot the security guard at the door a sunny smile as the three of them entered, and she resisted glancing to check if Jeremy made it in. Apparently he did, though, because in seconds they were all inside. “Perfect,” she said, a little relieved. “You guys sit down, I’ll grab drinks,” she said brightly, before bouncing to the bar.

Danny laughed as he glanced back over his shoulder at his friend who looked a little unsteady so he decided to throw his arm around his shoulder and put a little to much of his weight on Jere. Probably wasn't the greatest idea considering the dude couldn't walk straight as it was, but it was funny to Danny at least. "What did you say you wanted? A Hot Duncan Flagon Lunch?" he repeated, trying to understand the words as he grinned at Frey. "Any idea what drink that is?" he asked as he turned Jeremy in the right direction again, narrowly missing a lamp post.

"Nachos do sound good though.." Danny called out to her as she walked along ahead of them, dancing in between muggles who didn't looked like they hadn't had a drink or a smoke in way too long. It didn't matter that he and Jere had just finished off a huge plate of nachos. They could eat them forever. At her question, he glanced at his friend, trying to peer around the wild mess of red hair and then shrugged carelessly. "He's fine, we'll be fine," he assured her confidently.

At Freya's order, Danny stood up a little straighter, pulling Jeremy up to and let Freya make the first good impression, dazzling with her smile like always, before they slid inside and Danny pushed Jere into the booth, the starry constellations twinkling down at them from where they spun slowly on the ceiling and he watched Frey go off to get drinks. "Hey, remember what you said to the waitress the last time we were here?" Danny asked Jere, elbowing him lightly, snickering at the memory.

Jeremy followed them down the muggle street until they got to a place he remotely recognized and realized they were absolutely not on their way to Frida's. He pouted, crossing his arms over his chest, but did his very best to stand up straight as they graced the entry way. Freya got them in, obviously, but Jeremy still saluted the doorman as he hopped over the threshold. "Yup, uh uh. Ask if they have Nachos?" He asked her as she was already headed off to the bar and he was being ushered toward a galaxy booth. Sliding on in the vinyl seat squeaked underneath him and Jeremy started messing with the little telescope fixed to the wall that doubled as a mood light for the booth. He'd be lucky if he didn't break it before Freya got back.

"You mean what you said?" He replied, finishing with a burp. He may have been absolutely shit faced but he would never forget that epic moment. "Surprised --hiccup-- they even let you in." He took a deep breath as the hiccups took hold and Jeremy remembered the time when he'd tested out an awful pick up line on one of the waitresses and then promptly blamed it on Danny when things went sideways. "I still think it was a good line...--hiccup--" He mused as he sat up straight and spoke to the seat across from him. He did his best to keep from laughing (and hiccuping) as he reenacted the disastrous pick up.

"Girl, you must work for Ollivander's because I can tell you know how to handle a wand."

“Oooh yes, the one with the sparkles… Yes, extra steam please…” Freya rested her elbows on the bar, chin neatly in her palms as she ordered the most extravagant cocktail options the place had. She’d already forgotten what Jeremy had wanted - she’d barely made out what he’d said anyway. Another, more sober time, that might be an indicator that they shouldn’t get cocktails. As it was, however, Freya hummed to herself as she flicked her gaze to the different bottles behind the bar, not hearing the bartender when he asked if she wanted straws. She didn’t see him roll his eyes either, and only perked up when she heard something about money.

“Here you go,” she said, holding out some coins. After a sec, she retracted her hand with a frown. “Oh, wrong - one sec -” the blonde dug around in her bag and grabbed some wizarding coins, placing them on the bar and dropping the muggle ones back in her bag. “There we go,” she said, smiling brightly. The blonde made her way over to the boys. “They’ll bring them out in a sec,” she said, dropping her bag onto a spare seat. “What did I miss?” she asked, fishing for her glasses in her bag before sliding them on. That was better, she thought.

“It was you!” Danny said with a laugh, both amused and peeved that Jeremy had found a way to blame it on him. “Can’t believe she threw that drink in my face,” he recalled with a smile and a glance at the bar, half afraid he would see her. He relaxed a bit when he didn’t see her there. Hopefully he wouldn’t get thrown out tonight. He had forgotten about the little incident until they had gotten here, otherwise he might have suggested another place.

He looked up at Frey, expecting her to come back with drinks, groaning a bit when she said they would be out soon, but in the next moment was grinning slyly. “You missed Jere’s best pick up line,” Danny told her.

He nodded his head toward Jere. “C’mon, tell Tricky your best line,” he said smiling widely.

Freya slid into her seat, glancing between the boys. Danny had a familiar mischievous smile on and she couldn’t help but smile too. It was always like this, she thought. Especially when they drank. The three of them just vibed off each other so much.

Freya removed her glasses and tried to clean them on her shirt. The material was cheap, though, and a bit scratchy.

“Yeah, Jemmy tell me your best pickup line,” Freya said, shooting a teasing look at Jeremy. She leaned over a bit, grabbing Danny’s arm so she could use the smoother cotton of his shirt to clean her glasses. “Cheers, Dan,” she said, giving him a scrunch-nosed smile before sliding them back on. That was better, now she’d actually be able to read the “special” drinks menu up on the board behind the bar.

“Give it to me like you’re trying to pick me up,” she said, leaning an elbow on the table, resting her chin in her palm and fluttering her eyelashes at Jeremy.

He couldn't help but give Danny a smug look and a shrug of his shoulders. "Not according to the drink that was all over your face~" He said, wiggling triumphantly in his seat as he finished the last part. It wasn't often Jeremy got to have the last laugh, so he made sure to remind everyone when he did. Jeremy was a lot of things but bashful wasn't one of them, especially when he was drunk, and especially when he probably should have been.

And yet, he felt a little put on the spot when Tricky leaned in the way she did and told him to give her his best line. Like it was some kind of call to action and the drunkard wasn't ready to rise to the challenge just yet. He gritted his teeth, the lion didn't like to back down, and then breathed a sigh of relief when a tray of shots was delivered to their table. He took one in each hand and downed them in succession before slamming down the glasses louder than was probably appreciated in a place like this. This was why Jeremy liked dive bars better, well and the fact that they had nachos.

He followed her movements and leaned in, doing his best to be sultry with the stink of way too much vodka on his breath and gave her a serious look. "You must work for Ollivander's because I can tell you know how to handle a wand." He gave her a waggle of his brows before cracking out into a playful smile. The giddy type of smile one might see on a teenage boy who just got his hands on some raunchy magazines from liquor store. And despite was his drunk brain told him, he was not pulling it off.

Freya skipped the shots and went for the cocktail that was gradiented from pink to blue, with little golden sparks erupting from the top. “Pretty,” she said, impressed, as she brought it over to her. The one she’d ordered Danny was similar, but it was more pastel and instead of sparks there were little spirally clouds drifting off its surface.

The blonde took a small sip, raising her eyebrows as the tiny sparks made her lips zing. “Oh, this tastes like a dream,” she said, “anyone want a sip?” She pushed the drink forward, open for all. Then she returned her attention to Jeremy as he attempted to seduce her, overplaying the eyelash-batting for his amusement.

Freya tried to hold in a laugh, but then it came out in a snort. She laughed, glancing at Danny, then back at Jeremy. She bit her lip, shaking her head, still smiling. “Terrible,” she declared. “Two ‘n a half out of ten.” Freya slid her drink back to herself as she sat up a bit straighter, then took a longer sip.

“It doesn’t even make sense,” she complained after a beat, swaying side to side a bit as she picked up on the music in the background. “Like, if it’s a pick up line then how do you even know how she handles a… wand.” She snorted again.

Danny stuck his tongue out at Freya as she used his shirt to clean her glasses, laughing a bit because she probably couldn't see him doing that, but then he was glancing between Freya and Jeremy, a little stunned by her flirty face, but also interested if Jeremy could get it together enough to do it. He narrowed his eyes at his friend's moment of hesitation, but when the drinks came he was too distracted. He reached out for a shot glass as he chanted "Shots! Shots! Shots!" but his dumb friend grabbed them and slammed them down before Danny even had a chance to toast. He tilted his head back and knocked back his own shot only seconds after Jere.

That was before he noticed the pretty little drink Tricky must have ordered him. "It's so cute!" Danny said in high falsetto and a really bad attempt at an American accent with a wide smile. He took a sip of his as Freya tried hers and his eyebrows shot up. He had no idea what the hell this was but it was delicious! "This is good too! Here, try mine," he said as he pushed his drink toward her and leaned over to try hers.

Jeremy's 'line' was met with wide eyes. No wonder he was hopeless with the ladies. Not that Danny was much better by any shot. He pretended to vomit in his mouth a little looking at Jere before nudging Freya, saying, "Wait, let me try! I got a good one," Danny said sitting up a little straighter and turning to face Freya a bit better. He glanced down at his lap as he rearranged his features and then with a smooth move and lips pursed, he looked up at her, one eyebrow cocked, giving her a little head nod. "Hey girl," he said his voice a little huskier. "Do you play quidditch? Because you look like a Keeper to me."

He couldn't hold on to it so it was all ruined a second later when he bust out laughing, taking another sip of his drink as he looked at Freya waiting for her score. "So how'd I do?"
